“What is sleep regression?”

— A “regression” is really a progression in skills and growth. It means the child’s brain is changing and the way we approach their sleep changes too. They begin to take a deeper understanding of the world around them and with each “regression” we adjust the approach to meet their needs.

 

I don’t live near you, can you still be my sleep consultant??

-I am based in the suburbs of Philadelphia, however all of the work I do is done remotely, meaning all my contact with the families I work with is done by telephone calls, FaceTime, zoom and emails. There is no limit on the distance of the families I can help! 

“What sleep training methods do you use?”

— There are a variety of sleep training methods recommended by pediatricians and other sleep experts. These techniques range from very gentle, gradual, and hands-on all the way to extinction. These techniques vary in effort and time to achieve the goal but they are all effective. I take a client-led approach. I offer multiple sleep training methods that fit your families needs and comfort level. There is no judgment. I support my clients in a way that aligns with their parenting style.
