Once you’ve hired Sara, a phone call will be scheduled where you will talk about for aprox 30-45 minutes about your baby in detail and your sleep goals

Sleep Assessment Questionnaire - used to design an individualized sleep plan for your child
Customized Sleep plan
2 weeks of coaching
Unlimited Text and Email support
Plus and additional 6 MONTHS of ongoing support as needed - life happens, regressions happen, Sara will be there to support you in getting back on track without paying another cent!
